The individual components are manufactured in detail according to the specifications of GFU technicians and engineers. We rely on long-standing partnerships with highly qualified suppliers. The components of the key technologies are manufactured in-house at GFU.
The entire system is assembled and commissioned in the GFU production hall in Bitburg / Germany under the supervision of the technicians responsible for the project and undergoes preliminary acceptance by the customer.

Aftersale service
A system is only as good as the service….
With the new machine, you not only receive complete and comprehensible machine documentation. We are also there for you in the event of a fault. Our programmers can carry out an initial analysis of the fault online and our technician will be on site within 24 – 48 hours in the event of an emergency. That’s a promise!

Augmented reality
Live support in augmented reality. In addition to our telephone and remote support, GFU is now offering more effective live support in augmented reality. With the help of smart glasses, you will receive immediate support from a GFU support expert as if they were standing right next to you.
